I have worked most of my career in educational and academic publishing. In this time, I have run my own company as well as worked for some of the largest educational publishing and educational technology companies.

I grew up in Finland and moved to study in London in the early 2000s. I have called Oxfordshire my home since 2007. I am married, and we have two rescue dogs, two cats and a horse.

Having lived and worked locally for many years, if elected, I will champion preservation and improvement of green spaces in Quarry & Risinghurst as well as all of Oxford. I will work with residents to scrutinize new development proposals and regulations affecting the area. As well as supporting local businesses during these challenging times, I will also prioritize access to education, and sports and leisure facilities for all residents.

I have a lot of passion for Oxford and firmly believe that Oxford City Council needs people with foresight and vision to make the city serve its residents even better in the coming years.
